Antique redware pottery often comes in earth tones of rust, green, brown, and yellow. This pottery was country pottery and meant to be used. I love this unique style of pottery, it is so fun to mix and match the different patterns.
This piece has no makers mark but is marked on the bottom with the number 8. It is from a collection in Pennsylvania.
