The Enameled Front Panel has the Seal of Quebec City Canada that reads in Latin "NATURA FORTIS INDUSTRIA CRESCIT" - Translation Seal of Quebec City - Canada. It would have been made as a Souvenir Item. The Back is Hand Engraved with the Name Ralph and Dated 1900. It has a Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 26.30 Grams - 0.846 Troy. Ounce. It is Also Marked Sterling with No Maker Mark. . It is in Very Nice Condition.
It Measures 1 3/4 Inches Tall x 1 1/4 Inches Wide.
